Join us for They Refused: Two Views on Japanese American Resistance to Wartime Incarceration features the documentary “One Fighting Irishman,” about civil rights attorney Wayne Collins, and the graphic novel “We Hereby Refuse.” Following viewings, Sacramento Superior Court Judge Kara Ueda will moderate a discussion with filmmaker Sharon Yamato and author Frank Abe.
